A beautiful smile can transform a person's face - and their confidence. Dr. Rachelle Blue realized this at a young age and wanted to be a dentist ever since.
Her passion for dentistry and oral health has only grown. She's proud to be a part of the compassionate, hard-working team of professionals at Greenfield Dental Health Group.
Dr. Blue is the oldest child of a close-knit family of six growing up in Newmarket, Ontario. She completed her undergraduate studies close by at York University, receiving an Honours degree in Anthropology with a minor in Biology. From there she moved on to Western University's Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry where she graduated with distinction in June, 2014.
Born to learn, Dr. Blue continues her dental education with a passion. She expands her dentistry knowledge and expertise through a Spear Study Club membership, Pankey Institute Essentials courses, and Diode Laser Training.
Dr. Blue loves making dentistry fun and comfortable for children. She believes in guiding patients to the best treatment decisions for their needs and takes pride in keeping the smiles of her community beautiful and healthy.
When she's not performing premium dental care, Dr. Blue is getting involved in her new hometown (Simcoe) and community (Norfolk County). One of her hidden talents is her ability to dance and sing. She was the singer in the Schulich Dentistry's band, The Retentive Grooves, and was encouraged to try out for Season 2 of Canadian Idol. But she decided to stay focused on dentistry and keep the singing to the showers instead.
